Our products are shipped from our warehouses in Europe, China and US.

Can I change or cancel my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, orders go into processing as quickly as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate changes or cancellations after this timeframe. However, you can return the product for a full refund once you receive it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.

When will my order be processed?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and it will be shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends. Additional processing time may be required during holidays and sale seasons.

Orders typically take between 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on demand.

What if I don’t receive my order?

If you do not receive your order within 30 days of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Prices displayed are tax-free in euros €, but you are responsible for paying duties and taxes which might be applied once your order reaches its destination. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees are charged by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
